Company
We build the host we wanted as customers.
ShardLine started in 2024 because the team behind it kept paying for oversold shared plans and waiting three days for support answers. We buy and rack our own hardware, publish our real capacity, and answer tickets ourselves.

We publish our limits
Every plan lists its real CPU, memory and I/O ceilings. If a number is not in the panel it is in the docs, and if it changes we email you.
Support is engineering
The people answering tickets have root. There is no tier one reading a script, because there is no tier one.
No punitive renewals
The renewal price sits next to the first-term price on the order page. First-term discounts are labelled as first-term discounts.
We own the hardware
We buy and rack our own servers rather than reselling someone else's cloud, which is why we can tell you which drive model your data sits on.
