What we collect
Account and billing details you provide, service usage and access logs, and support correspondence. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising and run self-hosted analytics without cross-site identifiers.
Why we process it
To provide and bill for services, prevent abuse, meet legal retention obligations, and respond to support requests. The legal bases are contract performance and a legitimate interest in service security.
Where data lives
All customer data is stored in the Netherlands and Germany. Sub-processors are limited to our payment provider, transactional email provider and billing platform, each covered by a data processing agreement.
Retention
Access logs are kept ninety days. Invoices are retained for the period required by Maltese tax law. Service data is deleted thirty days after termination unless you request earlier erasure.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or erasure of your personal data at privacy@shardline.io. We respond within thirty days and do not charge for the first request in a year.
